Beautiful hotel smells wonderful and immaculately clean. Service by all staff amazing especially Yousef who made our stay very memorable thankyou 🙏 Fountain room is a must views are unbelievable 😍 Pool is beautiful and again views amazing beautiful cabanas surrounded area and towels and ice water laid out by wonderful staff. Breakfast was great choice and staff were very attentive and efficient. Ideal location a calm in the middle of the craziness of the heart of the city.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The food was excellent except for the Thai restaurant. The location couldn't be better. Very convinient to everything. The pool side lounge and Al Bayt food and service was excellent. Front desk was very helpful. The location was very convinient to the mall and Burj Khalifa. Walking distance. The property grounds are well maintained and beautiful.

-Superb location next to Dubai Mall and the Souk al Bahar, offering lots of dining and shopping opportunities. The best location in the city. -Beautiful, atmospheric hotel with a grand entry experience through the courtyards. -Stunning outlook from the room over the lagoon. Definitely worth upgrading to the fountain view room. -beautiful common areas. -great happy hour offer at the waterfront bar, great prices and even better views.

Everything! This place was the definition of luxury. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was fantastic and the place even smelt great! The location cannot be beat, right by the fountain and the Burj Khalifa the views were speculator and the access to the mall was so convenient!

Location, cleanliness and awesome customer service team. The spa and refreshment facility after checking out was a big bonus. The hotel connects to the mall hence lots of choices in terms of eatery. Housekeeping was very attentive and every corner was cleaned during my stay. Facing the fountain I enjoyed watching the shows from my air con room . The valet service team were friendly and helpful. They were constantly on their feet. Luggage was attended without a long wait. I see employees cleaning the pool, the fountain non stop all day ..... This is insane. The fresh flowers were arranged everyday and it smells so good.

The location is fantastic. Across the fountain from the Burj. Excellent people working here! I had a bit of a misunderstanding at check in but they were helpful and explain the confusion later. (see below) Excellent breakfast! Friendly staff. If I ever find myself back in Dubai I will stay here again!

Key points 1. Location. At Souk Al Bahar connects to Dubai Mall (5min walk mostly undercover). Grand views of the Burj Khalifa & Dubai Fountain from the property and poolside. 2. Staff. Professional, expedient and the most hospitable of any worldwide property I’ve stayed at. Special mention to Ahmed, Ganesh & Gaurev. 3. On site Spa, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Gym of the highest standard. 4. Pool & Poolside bars, Restaurants, Lounges. 5. Easy to get around property. Only 3 floors for lifts so no waiting around. 6. Rooms well proportioned. AC works well. 7. King King Size beds. Most comfortable. 8. TV. Extensive channel selection. 9. Mini Bar fridge. 10. Cheaper hotel options do exist nearby, but this property excels at customer service and provides a memorable stay.
